Health concerns don’t always happen on schedule. At Legacy Veterinary Hospital, we offer urgent and same-day care during business hours so your pet can be seen when it matters most. Whether it’s a sudden illness, an injury, or something that just doesn’t seem right, you don’t have to wait days for an appointment.
Care That Meets You Where You Are
Our urgent care services are designed to evaluate, stabilize, and treat a wide range of conditions that need prompt attention but may not require an emergency hospital visit. This includes vomiting, diarrhea, wounds, lacerations, and minor injuries. Our team will quickly assess your pet, communicate clearly about what we’re seeing, and walk you through the next steps so you can make informed decisions without added stress.
For concerns that are less acute but still need timely attention, we also offer same day appointments for issues like ear infections, skin conditions, and gastrointestinal upset. You’ll receive honest guidance on whether your pet needs treatment now or can be monitored safely at home.
We also offer morning drop-off appointments for pets who need extended diagnostics or monitoring throughout the day. This option allows care to move forward while you attend to work, family, or other responsibilities.
If your pet’s condition requires a level of care beyond what we can provide, we’ll coordinate a referral to a specialty or emergency facility and make sure you understand your options every step of the way.
