Our Client Service Representatives are the heart of the client experience at Legacy Veterinary Hospital. As the first and last point of contact for our clients, CSRs help create a welcoming, organized, and compassionate environment for both pets and their families.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. CSRs assist with scheduling appointments, answering client questions, processing payments, and helping ensure the hospital runs smoothly throughout the day.
